We refer to this information as “Order Information.” (Please note that we cannot personally see the full details of your payment information).

When you create an account with our store, we can see the details you enter, such as your name, address, and email address. If you have an account and you save products on a Wishlist, we can see this list. 

If you create a Wishlist and email it to or share it with someone, we can see the list and the address it is sent to, even if you are not logged in. If you create a Wishlist but do not save it or share it with someone, we cannot see it.

SECTION 2 - HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We share your information with third parties to help us use your information, as described above. Please note that we do not alter our site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

When you provide us with Order Information to ask a question, complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we collect it and use it for that specific reason only. If we want to use your personal information for a secondary reason, such as marketing, we will ask you directly for your express consent. Additionally, we use this order information to screen our orders for potential risk or fraud. 

When you place an order through the site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

SECTION 4 - THIRD-PARTY DELIVERY SERVICES

When you place an order, we will usually pass your email address and/or phone number to the postal or courier firm who will deliver it, in order to enable them to contact you about the delivery or send you tracking information. They will not use this information for anything else nor share it outside their own company network, unless required by law. Occasionally, when delivering a parcel, they may take a photo of your property in order to show where the parcel was left.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
